We offer $12 Flat Rate Delivery Australia wide. We use Domestic Express Service for all deliveries within Australia. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
Ugg Store is not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
