Are your ugg boots genuine Australian made uggs?
We only sell 100% Australian made products. All our products including ugg boots, slippers and moccasins are made in Australia. We don't sell products that are made in China.
Do you sell products made by American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation?
No, we don't sell their products. Deckers Outdoor Corporation is mass producing their products in China. We only sell 100% Australian made products.
What
size am I?
Our ugg boots are a normal fitting, so please select your regular shoe size. If you fall between sizes, go up half a size. Please do not go full size down. For conversion between various sizing systems please refer to
our Size Conversion Chart. If you are still unsure, you can measure your foot from the back of the heel to the tip of the toe, then contact us and include your foot length and we will determine the right size for you.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
What currency am I being charged in?
All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foregn currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility provided by Ugg Store is based on approximate current exchange rates and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary slightly from the amount shown by the currency conversion facility.
What
are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE delivery for all orders within Australia. For international deliveries,
shipping charges vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the order. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed upon checkout and are automatically added to the order total. Average shipping costs are: United Kingdom - £19, Rest of Europe - 23EUR, USA - US$30, Canada - CA$32.
Are
there any other additional costs?
There are no other additional costs to Australian customers.
International customers might have to pay an import duty. For information,
please contact your local customs office. Duty is not paid by us and
is the responsibility of each individual customer.
What
are my alternate payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Bankcard and American Express. Switch cards and debit cards, such as Maestro, are not accepted.
Will
I be notified of the progress of my order?
Yes, you will receive notification emails when the status of your order changes.
The order status can be one of the following:
- Received - you have just placed an order
and it has been registered in our system.
- Processing - your payment is being
processed and your order is being prepared.
- Dispatched - your order has been sent to you.
- Cancelled - your order has been
cancelled.
How
long does my order take to arrive?
Once your order is dispatched, Australian deliveries take 1-2 working days to arrive, and International
deliveries usually take 5-10 working days. Aditional delays may occur during the months of September - March
due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.
How
do I take care of my uggs?
Hand wash your ugg boots in warm water, using an approved wool
detergent. To dry, place your uggs in the shade, away from heat or
direct sunlight and allow to dry out slowly to retain the soft, supple

What's the difference between "Original"
and "Classic" style of ugg boots?
"Original" style of ugg boots have a toe cap and a stitching re-enforcement at the back of the boot.
Why can't I find the size/colour that I am looking for?
Only available sizes/colours are displayed on our site. If you can't find the size/colour that you're lookng for usually means that this size/colour is not available at the current time.
